Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
direct marketing of products and services based on your consent, if such consent was given by you (legal basis: art. 6(1)(a) RODO),
to take action at your request before entering into a contract, if such a request was expressed by you (legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) RODO),
to make an appointment with you regarding the services provided and products offered by the Administrator, which is the Administrator’s legitimate interest (legal basis: art. 6(1)(f) RODO). Categories of personal data processed (the information in this paragraph is intended only for persons whose personal data is obtained in a manner other than from the data subject):
contact data, e.g. name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. information regarding purchasing preferences or preferences related to the establishment of cooperation. Your personal data will be processed:
until you withdraw your consent to its processing, if it is based on your consent referred to in point 3(a),
until activities related to the conclusion of a contract referred to in point 3(b) are undertaken,
in the scope of realization of the Administrator’s legitimate interest referred to in point 3(c) – until the date of filing an objection or until the date of that meeting. Recipients of your personal data may be:
employees and associates of the Administrator,
entities providing services to the Administrator, in particular IT, marketing, telecommunication, transportation, accounting, legal services, to whom the Administrator entrusts the processing of personal data,
your personal data will not be transferred to third countries, i.e. countries based outside the European Economic Area. You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. If the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing on grounds related to your particular situation. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.

To the extent that you have given your consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection). Provision of personal data is voluntary. The consequence of failing to provide such data will be the inability to process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of products and services, or to take action at your request before concluding a contract, or to arrange a meeting with you regarding the services and products offered by the Administrator. The Administrator will not make decisions that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and that would produce legal effects on you or similarly materially affect you.
