NOVA Sp. z o.o. each time in its information clauses provided to you, informs you in detail about the recipients of your data. In the case of portals and pages allowing you to express your opinion about NOVA Sp. z o.o., run on social networks and other publicly available services, the recipients of your data may be other users of these services. Due to the fact that we use third-party providers of tools and services, your personal data may be transferred to third countries, i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area. We assure you that, in such a case, the transfer of data will be based on an appropriate legal basis allowing the transfer of personal data to a third country. NOVA Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to conduct contests and organize events and undertake other initiatives. About the processing of your data related to their implementation, information will be provided in the content of separate documents, including separate regulations. Provision of data is necessary, for example, to conclude contracts and fulfill legal obligations. Your personal data may be made available to NOVA Sp. z o.o. by an entity with which NOVA Sp. z o.o. has entered into an agreement. Otherwise, the provision of data is voluntary. Each natural person whose data is processed by NOVA Sp. z o.o. has rights resulting from the applicable regulations, i.e. the possibility to apply for:

- deletion of your personal data,
- rectification of your personal data,

- transfer of your personal data.
We do not process personal data in a fully automated manner (including profiling). The decision to provide specific information is ultimately made by an employee of the Administrator.
